Strong and resilient team player who has been managing change, through IT and Supply Chain projects, for more than 25 years, in different companies and industries, across multiple geographies. With an Industrial Engineering background and an Executive MBA from Porto Business School, he became an experienced professional by building competitive advantage at leading retailers through truly global and efficient Supply Chains, bringing innovative approaches such as Theory of Constraints (TOC) or RFID tagging to retail. More recently, acting as Country Manager for Sport Zone’s Portuguese operation, he has been coaching other leaders in the organization, ensuring process alignment, and building trust between different group cultures and geographies. Fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, he is also known for his passion for community work, where he has been acting as the Executive VP of the Portuguese Industrial Engineering Association, for the past few years.
